Wildfire smoke is a complex mix of harmful gases and particles
As we approach fall, we are not out of the woods just yet from the threat of wildfire smoke. Last year our worst wildfire smoke days were in September (5 days) and October (1 day).
It’s important to continue to take steps to reduce your exposure to smoke. Smoke is comprised of a complex mix of gases and microscopic particles that can cause minor to serious health effects.
