Public Comment Period Open: Draft Synthetic Minor Order #25-02 for Collins Aerospace

Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency (SRCAA) is seeking comments on a draft synthetic minor Order #25-02 to be issued in accordance with RCW 70A.15.2040, RCW 70A.15.2300, WAC 173-400-091, and  SRCAA Regulation I Sections 2.01, 2.02, and 2.05.

Collins Aerospace is located at located at 11135 W Westbow Blvd, Spokane, WA 99224. The primary pollutants limited in this order are nitrogen oxides. Additional information regarding SRCAA’s draft order, including the relevant supporting information, may also be viewed at SRCAA’s office, 1610 S. Technology Blvd, Suite 101, Spokane, WA 99224, during normal business hours, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday -Friday.

Public Comment Period: The public is invited to comment on the draft NOC approvals by submitting written comments to SRCAA at the address given above. Comments will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on January 9, 2026.

A public hearing may be held if SRCAA determines, within the comment period, that there is significant public interest. Requests for a public hearing must be submitted within the comment period. Any such request must be submitted to SRCAA and must indicate the interest of the person/entity making the request and why a hearing is warranted.
