Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency (SRCAA) has issued draft Notice of Construction (NOC) #1943 for the installation of a new dryer, a dryer baghouse, and a relocation of an existing baghouse to the block plant located at 16310 E Marietta Avenue, Spokane, WA 99224, to Old Castle APG d/b/a Central Pre-Mix Concrete Inc. The primary pollutant responsible for this notice is carbon monoxide.

Additional information regarding SRCAA’s preliminary determination to approve NOC #1926, including the relevant supporting information, may also be viewed at SRCAA’s office, 1610 S Technology Blvd, Suite 101, during normal business hours, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday -Friday.
Public Comment Period: The public is invited to comment on the draft NOC approval by submitting written comments to SRCAA at the address given above. Comments will be accepted until 4:30 pm on April 3, 2025.
A public hearing may be held if SRCAA determines, within the comment period, that there is significant public interest. Requests for a public hearing must be submitted within the comment period. Any such request must be submitted to SRCAA and must indicate the interest of the person/entity making the request and why a hearing is warranted.
