Background:
The Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency (SRCAA) has issued draft NOC #1908 for the installation of a new gasoline dispensing facility to be located at 3615 E FRANCIS AVENUE, SPOKANE, WA 99217 to Maverik, Inc. d/b/a Maverik Store #717. The primary pollutants for this project are volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Draft NOC #1908 for review and comment. Additional information may be viewed at SRCAA’s office, 1610 S. Technology Blvd, Ste 101, Spokane, WA 99224, during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Public Comment Period:
The public comment period will run from April 19, 2023 – May 19, 2023. The public is invited to comment on the draft order by submitting written comments to SRCAA at the address given above. If there is sufficient public interest on the draft NOC, SRCAA may hold a hearing during the 30-day notice. Comments will be accepted until 4:30 pm on May 19, 2023. At the conclusion of the public notice period, SRCAA will take final action on the NOC.
