SRCAA remains fully operational; office closed to the public starting Friday, March 20th. Staff will be available via phone and email.
Beginning Friday, March 20, the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency will modify its daily operations in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
SRCAA will remain fully operational, but its office will be closed to the public. Employees are being encouraged to telecommute as much as possible, based on advice from local and state health officials about reducing the chances of spreading coronavirus.
You can continue to contact SRCAA by phone (509-477-4727) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. There may be short delays if calls and emails are routed to employees working outside of the office. If you contact the agency after 4:30 p.m., you will be prompted to leave a message which will be returned the next business day.
For general inquiries, you can also use our online “contact us” form.
For air quality-related complaints, you can call our number, listed above, or use our online complaint form.
SRCAA staff will continue to follow the recommendations of local and state health officials and resume normal operations as soon as possible.
