Proposal to Revise Article X: Fees & Charges and the Consolidated Fee Schedule

Public Invited to Review and Comment

Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency (SRCAA) proposes revisions to Regulation I, Article X: Fees and Charges, and the Consolidated Fee Schedule. The changes being considered will align SRCAA’s public records fees with the state’s Public Records Act, and update the fee structure to move toward cost-recovery for the Notice of Construction / Notice of Intent permit program.

Public Comment Period:

Written comments on the proposed changes to Article X and the Consolidated Fee Schedule will be accepted now until the close of the Public Hearing on November 1, 2018. Written comments received by October 30, 2018 will be included in the pre-hearing presentation.

 

Public Hearing:

A public hearing on the proposed changes to Article X and the Consolidated Fee Schedule will be held during the SRCAA Board of Directors Meeting, Thursday, November 1, 2018. The meeting starts at 9:30 a.m., at SRCAA’s office, 3104 E. Augusta Ave., Spokane, WA 99207. At the public hearing, after public comments are heard, the Board of Directors may decide whether or not to adopt the proposed amendments.
