REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: DATABASE DESIGN PROJECT
Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency (SRCAA) is seeking the services of a computer consultant for the purpose of assisting the current in-house Information Technology (IT) Specialist in the design of an integrated database system using the Caspio cloud based database system and SOAP/REST software packages.
Documents are linked below, or may be picked up at SRCAA's office, 3104 E. Augusta Avenue, Spokane, WA 99207
- The Request for Proposal, which includes the project description, scope of needs, and proposal submission requirements
- Draft Contract
The pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017, at 1 p.m. at 3104 E Augusta Ave, Spokane, WA 99207.
Teleconferencing will be made available for those that are unable to attend the pre-proposal meeting. For the call-in information, please contact April Westby at AWestby@spokanecleanair.org or Carl Gross at CGross@spokanecleanair.org. In person attendance is recommended, however, to observe the current databases and get a better idea of how the new database will be expected to preform. This will be the only opportunity to see a demonstration of the existing system.
Completion date: Estimated six months from date of contract signing.
Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the SRCAA office until 2 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately thereafter.
To fairly address any questions related to the Request for Proposals and its specific content, written questions will be accepted until 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 22, 2017. Questions and answers, along with notes from the March 20th pre-proposal meeting will be posted on this page by Friday, March 24, 2017.
