Documents are linked below, or may be picked up at SRCAA's office, 3104 E. Augusta Avenue, Spokane, WA 99207

The pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017, at 1 p.m. at 3104 E Augusta Ave, Spokane, WA 99207.

Teleconferencing will be made available for those that are unable to attend the pre-proposal meeting. Completion date: Estimated six months from date of contract signing.

Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the SRCAA office until 2 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately thereafter.

To fairly address any questions related to the Request for Proposals and its specific content, written questions will be accepted until 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 22, 2017. Questions and answers, along with notes from the March 20th pre-proposal meeting will be posted by March 24, 2017.
