In early 2008, the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) passed a number of area source regulations for the control of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs*). 

These new area source rules that may impact businesses in Spokane County. Below you will find information on the different rules, links to the rules on EPA's website as well as notification forms.
