After hours or on weekends, you can leave a message at our office by calling the number above. Please leave your name, phone number, date and time that the problem occurred, your location at the time you noticed the problem and a summary of the complaint on our answering machine.

Official complaints from the public are an important way for the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency to keep track of air quality problems in the area. The Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency uses a database to record and track every complaint received. Complaints received by the office are forwarded to the inspection staff for investigation to determine if air pollution regulations are being violated.
